To accomplish that, we use only specialty arabica and combine that with our fresh roasting technology - and you get perfect coffee flavor with special taste. As you can see, our passion is quality. What is specialty coffee?


Specialty coffee is the term commonly used to refer to “gourmet” or “premium” coffee. Coffee which scores 80 points or above on a 100-point scale is graded “specialty.” Specialty coffees are grown in special and ideal climates, and are distinctive because of their full cup taste and little to no defects. The unique flavors and tastes are a result of the special characteristics and composition of the soils in which they are produced.




What is organic coffee?


Coffee is considered organic if it is grown without the use of chemical substances or additives, like pesticides or herbicides. Organic coffee is packaged only after our equipment has gone through extensive cleaning in order to maintain the integrity of the beans. Rest assured, your organic coffee is as fresh and tasty as nature intended!




Why do you sell only whole beans?


We are passionate about making sure our coffee stays fresh. Once the coffee is ground the freshness is 1-2 days and you start losing flavor and aroma. For the very best flavor, buy whole coffee beans and start to ground coffee before brewing.
