This is a sonata for viola and guitar that I wrote over several years. The first and third movements were completed in 2003 and the other movements were written in 2006 and 2007.
The first movement should leave the listener a bit confused, and expectant of the following movements. There is nothing nice about the second movement, with its brutal atmosphere. The third movement is delicate at the beginning and at the end, with a violent central part. The last movement should resume what has been presented by the work.
